group therapy

We run PAY-WHAT-YOU-CAN telehealth group therapy sessions covering a range of topics, all from a neuro-affirming and LGBTQIA+-affirming lens.

Not only can group therapy offer a more affordable means of accessing therapeutic support, but it also provides the unique benefits of learning from a range of perspectives and normalising our struggles through shared experiences.

Shelley will facilitate these group sessions, providing affirming psychoeducation and evidence-backed strategies skills and resources.

For more on how we run these groups – including our ZERO PRESSURE approach to having cameras and mics on (phew!) – check out How we run group therapy.

NEW ADDITION

Don't have the capacity to commit to scheduled sessions? We hear you.

That's why we have created

SELF-PACED

versions of our courses so you can work through content in your own time.

You'll still have recorded sessions where our therapist, Shelley, walks you through the content and you'll be able to interact with her one-on-one via the chat section.
