We run PAY-WHAT-YOU-CAN telehealth group therapy sessions covering a range of topics, all from a neuro-affirming and LGBTQIA+-affirming lens.
Not only can group therapy offer a more affordable means of accessing therapeutic support, but it also provides the unique benefits of learning from a range of perspectives and normalising our struggles through shared experiences.

These 4 x 2h online sessions are designed for anyone who identifies as neurodivergent (no diagnosis necessary) to address the unique causes of burnout in neurodivergent individuals and provide solutions tailored to your needs.
